Good Evening everybody!! Happy Summer 2019!! It has been a long time since I have updated and used my Blogger website!! I hope that everything is going well with you since I have last used this site!!

I have made some significant updates and changes to this website. Mainly some updates on info in my biography, links, abstract, and my main biography on my home page. I have also added a new page that I have called "Nipper's Notes". This is going to be my blog that I am planning on using to share my writings and inform you with what is happening within the Capital Region Arts/Music/Theater scene the best that I can do.

I had gotten the inspiration from the blog from my friend and Nippertown founder, Greg Haymes, who passed away on April 10. I dedicate this blog to him and everybody that I know that has been dedicated to inform others about the great happenings that occur in our lively creative scene. Haymes was the ultimate cheerleader and a huge supporter of anything that was creative. He would be the first to know what events would occur in the community and would share them on his daily blog for others to learn about! He would constantly list what was happening in the community daily and the weekends and would encourage others to contribute and share their stories to the blog.

Since his passing, it has become difficult to figure out what is occurring in the Capital Region. With the change in the "Events" layout on Facebook, it has become difficult for me to find out what is happening in the Capital Region, unless I find out about it through a friend's status update, an event invite from a friend, or just a share of an event from a Facebook page. I miss having Nippertown around. It was a great resource to look up events to attend in our community! It served as a creative platform for so many artists, writers, and photographers like myself to share knowledge, our creative work, and our stories about our community happenings through this blog. I hope that with the creation of "Nipper's Notes", this will be a great resource for information and allow creativity to spread again while keeping Greg's memory alive.

          This summer, I am happy to announce that I am going to be taking part in three pop-up exhibition shows!! Be sure to stop by and take a look at purchasing some photography at any of these three shows as follows;

1. 7/1/2019: "Local Legends: The Americana Tiki Bar" @ Eden Advisory Services and Café, Loudonville, NY 4:30-6:00 p.m., Free. At this event, I will be a vendor selling some of my photography works while listening to music from local Rockabilly band, "Kevin Wayne and The Retrobillize". This will be the first show to take place before the 4th of July celebrations.

I am also a photographer and writer for this local radio station that I am happy to be a part of in the community!! There will be plenty of live music from bands as "The Lawn Sausages", "Soul Sky", "Big Frank and The Bargain Bingers", "Chris Busone Band", among others.
